The only place I go to where I can trust 100% with my hair. I've built a quite understanding relationship with the owner Scott. I can voice what I want and we talk together how to achieve it. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience. Staff cannot do enough to ensure you are comfortable whilst there, and ensure you leave feeling a million dollars, with a style tailored to you.

Overpriced and bad quality. Left the salon with patchy two toned hair. They attempted to fix it with a toner but after a few washes I was in the same position. After writing an email to address my problems I recieved a snotty email back putting all the blame on myself for claiming I'm not using salon quality products, the condition of my hair, telling me I'm not prepared for the upkeep and not one apology for how unhappy I was. I've always been told my hair is in lovely condition by numerous salons and i have always bought salon products - so this was obviously a snobby assumption on their part. After having blonde hair for years I've never had these kind of problems with the colour and I'm well aware of how I need to look after it and the upkeep involved. I'm now having to pay another salon to fix it. Don't be fooled by the 5 star they claim to be on their website. Don't waste your money.

Every time I visit Scott Banks I always have a great experience, all staff are very helpful and friendly. Always exceeding expectations, Stylist Charlie always goes above and beyond.

Always get amazing service at Scott Banks, Libby and Holly are great and they know exactly how I want my colour and cut. Always come out feeling great and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would highly recommend x
