Started using this hairdressers after bad experiences elsewhere, the staff are lovely and very accommodating. The overall environment is really nice to be in. After my latest appointment here my hair didn’t go exactly how I wanted it too, however I rang and just explained the situation. Marcello was able to see me the day after, he was really understanding and didn’t make me feel awkward for coming back in. He apologised and rectified the situation, I left there feeling so much better and happy with my hair. I cannot recommend this place enough, Marcello and the team are excellent.

Had my first lot of great lengths hair extensions yesterday at this salon with Megan, absolutely over the moon with them and what a lovely lady Megan is too, friendly and polite! Will definitely be back when I need some more. Thank u so much xx
