I have worked for ScotForce for just over a month and am very impressed with the company. Excellent communication and understanding from the whole team. Availability of shifts are good and being able to expand my knowledge in different areas of Healthcare in different settings is very beneficial.

I have only been part of the team for 4weeks and I have enjoyed my time thoroughly. The flexibilty gives you the work/life balance. Booking team are lovely professional and very personable. I wish id made the move long ago. Def recommend anyone to make the change.

A great company to work for. Interview process was straightforward and the Induction training was excellent. Various shift times are available and the booking staff are very helpful.

I've been working at ScotForce for just over a month and I can honestly say they're the best company I've had the pleasure to work for. Believe you can and your halfway there  Scotforce employ the best and in return ask that you give your best. Supportive and friendly from day 1 I was there on a full time basis and really did enjoy the relationship I had and the work life balance was ideal for me during a personally difficult time in my life which went along way to assisting me with stepping up outside of work related commitments. Great and would recommend.

I have been a Scotforcer since January this year and it’s been amazing so far. I have worked as a Support worker for 20 years and this is the first company I have felt valued and respected.There is always someone to help out if you have a query. My induction day was very laid back and informative with the manager Jenny, who makes a lovely cup of tea  I choose when I can work and this works fabulously around my family and social commitments.Cara and Mathew in the bookings department are always so helpful. Also nice to be paid weekly and have a higher rate of pay.

ScotForce are a company who provide their employees with high standard continuous training, a great deal of support and nurture employees to ensure they reach their full potential and are confident in their role within the company. Pay rates are brilliant and Ive never gone without the hours I need. Without a doubt the best company and management team  I’ve had the pleasure of working for! As a studying parent, I don’t think I would have found another job as flexible and suitable to enable me to continue on with my studies, provides a great work/life balance to suit people’s individual situations. I started with ScotForce coming from home care, so naturally had some reservations around working under a new type of employer and new environments, but it has proven itself to be the best decisions I could have made, I recommend to anyone else unsure to take the leap as it is well worth it!
