Absolutely lovely staff however the duty manager today needs coaching from her team as her customer service skills are zero She clearly isn't in charge of the training in that store and defo not an ambassador for the business shocking is the only word to describe her ....!!

Absolutely LOVELY staff, they actually make you want to spend your money! They truly know the meaning of service with a smile. Fantastic and fast service even on busy days. Friendly, lovely, smiley, chatty people. Every time I have visited Schuh, the staff have always been attentive and helpful. Lovely people, the manager should be proud!

Really nice staff - I hate shoe shopping but it's a relaxed layout and staff were really helpful and did what they could. Prices are alright
