Rang up to see if they could price match a pair of Doc Martens which I had found nearly £30 cheaper on the internet and was assured if I brought proof of the price difference and that it was a British company that they would be able to make the difference up. When arriving there to which it was a 20 mile journey out of my way I was informed that they could not price match this or reduce it by any way at all( even though I had been informed by the manager on the phone). What a waste of time!! Therefore, another internet sale.
