Good quality shoe shop with outlet price, the shoes are always great quality and will last , I have always found them comfortable, although this is an outlet shop and prices are less than the high street the savings are not huge but you do still get good footwear for the money.

Had a man today who was learning the ropes from a fellow colleague. He was very friendly and engaged with my granddaughter really well he checked to see if there were anyone shoes in the back and checked the shoes fit while following what he was shown. Got a lovely pair of shoes and am pleased with the price and service I received today.

Our children were quickly measured and there was plenty of choice for their school shoes.  Pleasant and quick visit.  Staff were friendly and helpful

Went for school shoes. Got kids feet measured.  Went with the width but Went up a size so they fit! Not much selection but managed to buy some. Here's hoping they last the full year like their previous 'Treads' shoes. Unfortunately treads is no longer trading

I took the kids for their feet measuring for new school shoes, a young man was doing the measuring outside the shop and then a lady gave a ticket for your turn for an assistant to help with the fitting. Picked the shoes in their size and the lady was very good with the kids putting on the shoes for them and making sure they fit just rite

Ok, it’s an outlet shop & you don’t expect the latest shoes & boots, but a lot of the stock seemed very old fashioned & the “discounts”  were no where near the advertised “70%”.

Great service, lovely staff. Very happy with our toddlers new shoes.

Staff very helpful but prices seem high although some bargains

Good selection of shoes at marked down prices. Clarke's do a wide fitting so ideal for my broad feet
