Booked car in 4 days in advance to have a pair of tyres fitted. When I arrived at the time we had agreed I was told they were too busy and it would be an hour before they could fit me in. When I asked if I could make another booking for the afternoon I was told they couldn't guarantee it.

Taken the car to another garage now who can do a booking and Savoy have lost nearly £400 of business.

Would not use again :(

Absolutely useless. Changed the wrong tyre to which I had requested. Very poor customer service.
