Nice space with good selection of swings, slides and climbing equipment. Gets a little flooded in sections when it rains but I suppose most parks will.
Been here a few times with the kids and they always have a great time. There is a few different things for them to do so it keeps them happy aswel has plenty of space for football etc also it’s a nice place for a dog walks.
Savile Park is a great place for families. It has a great play area, bowling green, small field. Some work needed to maintain. Especially the tennis courts.
I've lived in castleford all my life and thought id been everywhere. Took my little one to the park and it was a nice change

Always enjoy coming to Saville Park, nice to see it is getting a refurbishment. Some areas were shut off but still able to use some of the equipment while the refurb is going on.
Always full of kids climbing on top of the play equipment. Even some grown adukts.
Lovely park for kids with a big play area and good for dog walkers
