My son broke down on the A1 in pouring rain this morning luckily in an area where there was a hard shoulder! He was concerned for his safety as he's a new driver so I advised he called the police before I got to him. They were absolutely useless and said there was nothing they could do to help him!! Highways Agency never answered their phone! The hero's of the day were Saunders garage. Lovely helpful lady in the office Lorraine and a fabulous recovery driver called Darren who was so helpful and kind and recovered my son's car to home. Great five star service. Thank you so much
Broke down yesterday on A10 and got initially recovered by another company who charged £192 to go 1 mile up the road. Called Saunders in a dire situation and stressed like nothing, quoted me £171 to take me 16 miles home, was there in 40 minutes. Both the person i spoke to on the phone and for who recovered my vehicle was so nice and caring, making sure they got it on my driveway so i can get it fixed, would highly recommend!!!
The service I got from Saunders was exceptional. Took my car in for an MOT which it failed on a very small detail. They told me where to get it fixed and the guys they recommended were superb. Took the car in again the next morning for a free retest which it passed. They were friendly, helpful and they're a wonderful local asset who come highly recommended. Thank you!
I broke down at work called RAC and Stotfold motor centre came as they were sub contractors. Excellent service, a lovely gentleman called Gary came to my rescue, very friendly polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend using their services in the future. Gary got my car going and i was able to drive home. Thank you
Aggressive drivers - almost rail roaded me off the road whilst traffic was going into 1 lane. I had already let the car in front who impatiently cut in & there was no space - even with my horn on he kept reviving the engine. Would never recommend or want to use this company.
