Incident on the M25 in my car last night. Nick from Saunders appeared extremely quickly , was kind, reassuring and informative. He removed by vehicle from the area and took us to safety, made me a cup of coffee and made sure I was dry and comfortable.nI was so grateful to be supported to quickly, efficiently and by such a gentleman. Can't speak highly enough of Nick and the service I received. Thank you Saunders and thank you Nick.

Broke down today on the M4 and was recovered by a lovely lady she said she was polish, unfortunately we didn’t get her name. First time we’ve ever had to use the free recovery service, so was a bit weary when she first pulled up as we had already called RAC but she was super helpful and made us feel really comfortable. We were dropped to the safest location. We’re sorry for doubting the eligibility of the service two young girls broken down for the first time! Thank you again.
So thankful for the recovery of my Nissan after an RTC on the M1 Northbound on Saturday. Very quick to be on site and looked after me as well as the car. Great advice about whether the car could be driven back home. Thanks so much to Nick for his help.
