DO NOT STAY HERE OF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE!!! Paid £400 for a caravan with enclosed decking. Called after booking to double check it had enclosed decking. Arrived - no decking. My dog has no where to go outside unless we’re walking her. Staff at the reception basically just said nothing we can do. Not even an apology. Would not stay again. Very very disappointed
Weve been going here with our children along with my brother and his family for the past 3 years we love this place quiet and clean always nice people to meet there and the owners are nice which is a bonus thank you guys see you next year
My partner and I booked this weekend as a last minute get away and due to the time of year, didn’t really expect that much. Upon arrival we received a lovely warm welcome by Debbie on reception who gave us all the information we needed from recommended near by restaurants to opening times of the leisure centre. She was both approachable and professional and this set the tone for the rest of our stay. The holiday home decor was sophisticated, homely and finished to a high spec; it contained all the essentials and so much more. Cleanliness wise the park home was immaculate and we did not find one fault. In terms of location again, it was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk from the sandy beach and a short drive into the town. The restaurant on site was great value for money, the staff were so friendly and happy to help and the food was beautiful. We will definitely be returning again and can’t wait for our next stay. This really is a home from home. Thank you again, Harry and Meg.
Difficult year cos of covid restrictions but staff in leisure centre were incredibly supportive and friendly. Food and drinks very good. Thank you Sarnfaen staff

Fantastic place. Our caravan is here. Would recommend new owners to seriously consider this site for their static caravan.
Recently purchased a brand new lodge on Sarnfaen, all I can say is how helpful the whole team have been in helping us get it all sorted. The site is spotlessly clean and the facilities are excellent. We already feel like we have been coming for years. Five minutes from the beach, two minutes from food and drink facilities, could not have found anything much better. Having spent years coming to this area we are glad we stumbled on Sarnfaen.
Generally a great place to stay, close to the beach with a nice indoor pool and cafe. The gym is a bit tired but they are always improving something each year. They had a nice park for the kids and have just upgraded the wifi so it works well. I come back every year and will continue to do so
This is our second year as owners and we love it here, truly our second home. We spent two years looking for our ideal holiday park and found it at Sarnfaen, a lovely holiday park with great modern facilities. Debbie and the team do an amazing job, always helping to make our stays delightful.
Very nice for families with dogs. There's jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, swimming pool and a cafe on site. It is a very clean place. If you want to use on site wifi you'll be disappointed by the quality of the signal. Apart from this I would highly recommend the place. Great views and a short distance to the beach.
