Iqra was amazing. I bought two suits for my daughters. Lovely designs. Everyone commented on how nice they were at the wedding. I will definitely be visiting this shop again to buy some more outfits for future special occasions.
Don't deserve 1*, service is non existent, person sitting on the counter is rude what can I say if it is the owners then then need to start taking this seriously as a business.if they are staff then then need training on customer service. Went there on the 10th December 2020. The person Manning the shop did not even bother to approach is and did not seem bothered, we were treated like viruses entering the shop if she was there to watch her phone rather then customer service. Phone is important not the paying customers. Good luck with this kind of attitude.!!!!
Came in to do my eid shopping was met by two amazing staff named Iqra and shanezehra they gave me a 5 star service totally worth coming in again to shop with these two ladies. Clothes are unique and different. The display attracted me to come in. Prices are good to. Will come in again.
Hello I wanted to bring this to the attention of the Boutique owner and your team. I had heena done at your boutique on chand raat on Thursday, and had the worst reaction due to the bad quality henna used by the girl who did my heena. I had 4 days of itch, swelling, pain and tiny cuts on my hands due to chemical reaction in heena and I thought I better let you know how I feel. I saw my GP and was confirmed by him that it’s a chemical reaction to my skin due to the henna, he’s prescribed anti allergy tablets and a hand cream to ease the swelling, itching and pain. I’m so upset that the mehndi she used was not a good quality and me specifically asking her if it was tested by her and she confirmed it has no chemicals in it, It proved to be a worse quality she used. Skin on my hands has becomes so dry and it’s still feeling itchy, it’s a horrible burning feeling and redness all over my hands Specially the wrists, my right little finger and knuckles. Iuckily I didn’t get any blisters as I washed it off same night. I’ve had mehndi before but never had such horrible reaction. So sad that girls at stalls on Eid night use dangerously chemical filled henna on people Just to make money, being totally heartless about the well being of customers. I’m so disapppinted!!! Never Ever gonna get mehndi from stalls in tooting!! She misinformed me about the quality of heena she was using on the day!! Please don’t ever use such low quality mehndi again on your customers I’d ask you to check the quality of heena girls use on your customers before they apply willy nilly on their hands. Were the girls you used on that specific night qualified? Did you inquire about the product quality from them?? Clearly not!! Because all that matter to you is make money and not give a Damn about customers health & safety. Legally you are required to do qualification & product quality checks before you sell or use your products on customers. Girls name who did my mehndi is Alia. Please look into this matter Zee Khan
Went here with my wife to do a quick last minute purchase. The sales rep Iqra did a phenomenal job in assisting us with our questions and concerns. The store was nicely kept and the options were quite nice.
Assistant looked me up and down and then said they don't do large sizes. Extremely rude. Why do asians think they have the right to fat shame customers! Especially when they are no rake themselves!!! Avoid if you have self respect.
A great asian faishon store. Excellent customer service and friendly advise. Store manager along with another sale assistant help me buying right dress for my wife as present. Wide range of latest faishon and colour availability.
Excellent collection of beautiful dresses. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Helped me today to find a beautiful black dress. Thank you ladies for looking after my boys while I shop.
SHUT DOWN YOUR STORE ASAP Does not even deserve one star . Horrible clothes , old designs , no variety in sizes such limited choice- so expensive ridiculously overpriced . The store assistants seemed so moody like they have no interest . The store needs a revamp with better clothing choices and cheerful and actually helpful store assistants
Such amazing customer service by Iqra- very patient and honest! Beautiful collection of designer outfits- highly recommend if you want an outfit for a wedding or a more casual occasion
