Had a lovely Sunday roast here. The food was nice, staff were friendly. Great views over the river as well. We sat outside under the cover and luckily were sheltered from the rain. Will be coming back.

We couldn't book a table so we sat on the terrace which had a lovely view across the river. The food was lovely the duck was the best out together dish I have had recently!! There was a mix between simple and more inventive dishes. Highly recommended after a walk in the forest!!

Amazing locations, super friendly staff. Generous portions and great selection of modern and traditional lagers, ales and other drinks.

Fantastic location , service and food. Excellent staff. Nothing too much trouble. All precautions and distancing in place.

Staff was so friendly food was amazing and they also support eat out for August which we didn’t expect to see on our bill.  Advise to book well in advance not to be disappointed.

Fantastic setting next to the river. We had a table booked inside under Covid-19 measures. The service was excellent as was the food. We shared a starter of cold meats and fresh bread, followed by burger and chips. Can't fault it. The Eat Out Help Out deduction was a nice bonus too.
