Very bad customer service, cashiering staff allowed free autonomy to speak inappropriately to customers. 
Elderly staff member asked me some very personal questions, a total lack of professionalism.  
I have therefore decided to take my business elsewhere.

I don't usually make bank reviews but I felt the service I received here was very good and quick (I closed an account in no more than 5 minutes). That's all I expect from a bank, very nice.

This Bank is located just outside the Howard Centre mall not far from the local coffee shops.
