Very good service and friendly lady at the counter. There was only one person ahead of me the time when I arrived but got busy quickly. Managed to get parking space free for 30 minutes. I don't see why the rating is low. For me it was excellent service.
The cash machine is a gamble whether it is going to do what you want to do, virtue signalling about the alphabet cult, not a problem.
Not many banks in Holyhead any more. Glad that Santander are still here
Was Quick and efficient but not so much since covid, the queue can be long. Your lucky if you get a parking place on the street.
Would be great if they could open longer as the covid19 restrictions have eased. Or maybe one day open 9-1pm then following day 1pm-5.30pm.
Would never deal with this branch again. Very unprofessional staff. Amateur at least. Going to Nationwide now. With excellent customer service.
Excellent service polite and helpful staff always willing to help people a pleasure to visit this branch
