Very helpful staff, great service at the LB branch. Complete opposite of trying to speak to a person online where the service is sh#te.

I had a problem with my account being blocked and Chris and Rachel were extremely helpful and pleasant.   They were a credit to Santander.

Worse bank in Leighton buzzard, seems to always be shut, machines are slow, dirty and the place smells
