A big thank you to Liam for helping my partner to register on his mums account which was already a stressful time. Liam was polite and respectful and even rang us a week later to confirm everything was complete . Great customer service.
I had to go in to the Shipley Branch after my account was frozen following suspicious activity. The National phone line was problematic re long waits , greater than 40 mins, and then only recommend going into a branch! However all 3 people I spoke to at the Shipley branch were helpful , in particular Sofia sorted the issue out for me spending quite a long time with the National security team>.Thank you
Santander is only as good as the person on the end of the phone, you can literally spend weeks trying to sort out a problem, going round in circles getting fobbed off with conflicting information, then eventually you drop on the one person who actually has some knowledge and knows exactly what they are talking about, and then within a matter of seconds your sorted and smiling! …. Not a great bank, told me one thing on the phone then the opposite in the branch. Ended up moving banks.
