Staff are condescending, rude, snappy and and make you feel worthless, they clearly don't want their jobs and don't want to serve customers. I stopped using this post office 2 years ago, the one in Saltaire in much kinder and willing to help. Looking at the recent reviews this post office has still not improved. Terrible lighting, run down, shabby and in need of closing all together.
Absolutely superb postoffice. Every knowledgeable staff, that help with everything. Lovely atmosphere, very friendly and don't have to queue for long.
Traking number is saying that they got my parcel, but they cant find it. What a useless staff
I don’t like this post office The staff are miserable and very unprofessional They clearly hate work I was in there last week when a member of staff with long dark brown/black hair told a vulnerable man who clearly needed help & assistance to go away and leave cos she was sick & tired of explaining to him….this was in front of a full queue of customers….in the end he left only to be confronted by Asda security outside. They all seem to be working against each other than working as a team I’ll def think twice about using this branch in future
Regarding the review sending customers to max spielman to print their return label is so they don't have to take their parcel back home the Post office does not have a facility to print that kind of label only if its a QR code
Appalling level of service lazy untrained member of staff telling me to go print a returns label at max spielman's as she couldnt be bothered to print it on her machine what a disgrace and waste of my time she never apologised ill take my business elsewhere and complain to management
Went today to post a letter, and whilst standing in the queue I asked my son to get me a health lottery card which was on a stand near the door. The mangeress shouted across to him, don't you dare take any of those! He was quite upset as it was me who asked for it!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very handy. I'd recommend this post office without hesitation.
Very slow customer service , people waiting outside in the wind but they don’t bother to serve them, they take ages to complete one person , staff not friendly at all don’t waste your time...
Great post office. Very efficient staff who are always very helpful and friendly.
