Atm eat 380 £ and bank refuse to even give my gf prove that this happen. In general santander going down everywhere complains
Be ready to wait in queues for at least 20min. It's like getting back in to 1980s. I lost my best years and hair waiting in this bank. Useless.
Used to be fine no problems apart from sometimes not been able to use card in atms. Now my opinion has changed drastically they've frozen my account apparently due to a Facebook marketplace sale. Won't give me a proper explanation, really unhelpful. Major inconvenience can't even access my own money. Definitely moving to another bank cos anything is better than this. I'd give no stars if I could.
Once the staff decided to stop their personal chat, the service was quite quick and when dealing with my request, very helpful. They had technical difficulties today and were overcoming them.
Santander branch in Doncaster has 'Temporarily closed ' notice in windows Sat. 12th June. Possibly technical as direction those wanting cash to other ATMs
No matter when I've been in to this branch there has been at least 10 maybe more people in the cashier que. And there is always 1 or 2 women behind the counter & 4 empty seats behind the counter. But there is always women chinwagging in the corner while you wait in the que like an idiot.
Always crap. Never enough staff and always daft queues. To top it off they now open at 10am. What good is that to people who regularly work between 9 and 6.
Called in today I like contactless thing on ATM machine works faster not having mess around with card
Ever since i signed up to this bank I have had no problems with them at all. They are great. Good staff.
