Not in the best area, has a smashed window, not many staff about, definitely wouldn't use the outside cash machines, knowing the area, probably will have been tampered with. Go to a Santander in a different area.

Always helpfull but extremely busy most times of the day, Disabled friendly, well laid out concourse! Clean friendly environment!

Terrible - can't even get their own phone number correct. Phoned the stated number and was told it had been changed. Called the new number to try to get some information about opening a new account, only to be frustrated by requests from their ill-considered computer telephonist for account details that I haven't yet been issued. A pointless and obfuscating experience.
