I would love to personally thank Jo for her outstanding customer service today. I know the Tuesday after the Easter is one of the busiest days of the year for banks. I used your paying in machine today for the first time & I stupidly forgot to retrieve my card. I returned to your Worthing branch 10 minutes later & waited at your reception desk for help. They were obviously busy, so I joined the queue for the cashier. Having just finished with a customer Jo was clearly 'working' the queue & eventually the cashier referred me to her. She kindly went to the machine, opened it & when my card wasn't there she took me in a private room, cancelled my card & ordered me a new one. However, when I got home she took the trouble to ring me to say the card had been handed in & for me not to worry. Excellent customer service Santander, thank you.

Not open till 10am on a Wednesday.... very inconvenient. Suggest you do your training after normal working hours!!!!

I was asked to take proof of address to a local branch for them to fax to there ppi team. They didn't bother now it's been delayed by over a month thanks santander worthing

I am very satisfied with the services provided by Santander team this morning, specially John Cross who help me at the worthing branch, 
once again its shows that we need our local branch.

Please put opening times on your website you have closed the other branch in Worthing and Goring is shut for renovation give more information for those of us who have to make a special journey to Chapel Street
