I feel the need to leave a review on this occasion. The manager of the branch spoke incredibly rude to her staff, no sense of decorum, unprofessional demeanour and failed to have any leniency on the amount of money I could withdraw without my bank card so I could purchase presents on Mother’s Day. The members of staff even explained to her that they knew me from me previously being In the branch on several occasions. I had my passport to prove my identity. It was a pure example of one using authority in a negative way. For customers and colleagues of this branch; I can only hope she was just in a bad place mentally on this day.

Very good service but I wish I could ring Amersham branch direct to make appointment. Why should I do things 'on line' if that is NOT how I work?

Staff is super helpful and kind compared to some others nearby like Nat West

Excellent service all the Staff are so help full & polite, I use two other Banks in Amersham & they could learn allot from Satander !
