3 times I have visited this branch recently and each time I have been waiting over half an hour. There is a middle aged man, glasses working there. He needs a new job, he is so rude and has an attitude problem. He was so rude to an older lady today and then rolled his eyes and sighed at me. Get some more staff in the branch for goodness sake and get some staff in that actually want to be there. I will add, there is another lady there who is very nice
I wanted to speak to someone at my local bank branch to congratulate then on a recent transaction but informed I couldn't speak to anyone. Think it's about time I changed my account. Truly not even worth one star.
The guy with glasses on aged around 45 to 60 who worked in NatWest have no manners and seem he didn’t take a shower for more than a year and behind the mirror you can smell his bad smell. Please take a shower and then come to work
Recently I have tried to go there 4 times, each time the queue was out the door and round the corner. Nobody is managing the queue. All I wanted to do was pay in some money, I could have used the self service machine which was left not being used and people still queuing. I queued the first time for 20 mins and gave up, I have a baby and could not queue for much longer and can’t for that long each time. All someone has to do is manage the queue, ask what they are here for and if they have to queue for the desks and let ppl use self service if they wish too, what’s the point of it otherwise? Creating more work for themselves .
Came to get money out of the NatWest Cash machine and got a parking ticket for the privalage. The company they have managing it are worse than bank robbers. The manager should be ashamed of themselves for having this shady company in. Have now closed all my accounts with this bank.
Visited the branch with my daughter on Saturday 2nd Feb @ around 10am to open Select account. The gentlemen at the bank was so helpful in advising in what account to go for and advising on ID proof documentation. He did all this even though they were very short staffed. Excellent service!
Convenient cash machine for shops but beware if you park for 22 minutes on a Sunday. Tiny sign and aggressive outsourced parking company tell you there is a 20 minute limit. “We are what we do” according to their adverts....apparently.
Been with natwest quite a while now . Never had any problems . Parking is way better now they bought in anpr camera's. At least people can now get into the car park and use the bank as before everyone thinks it's a public car park .... it's not !!! Well done natwest !!
Banking service no problems erring a £100 parking ticket after parking in the NatWest car park is, ditch the company you are using NatWest they are morons who could nt run a bath, never mind a business
I don’t want to be a Racist but There is an Asian lady with glasses on look like Pakistani or Indian she’s very rude and unprofessional always never and ever thanks or anything. I don’t know how these people get a job in NatWest I been there every week just trying to avoid it Apart from this rude and Racist Lady Everyone is Lovely Hope she kicked out from this branch as soon as possible
