Very expensive and small portions, donner was very bland no taste at all which is weird parmesan overly cheesy which made it sickly after just few bites none of us could finish it off. The employees were very friendly though, just wish food quality, portion size and prices were a lot better. Parking: On Street
I ordered from here as recommended whilst at burnley hospital and I asked for donner on top of my pizza and there wasn't any called back and was told its a topping charged me £12.75 for a 9" pizza no donner. Then to ring and be told there was donner on it. By the way I only took a picture of half the pizza as its was getting cold whilst on the phone kept being put on hold. Make sure to check your order before letting driver leave.
Disgusting customer service ... Always overcharge, Never the same amount what they tell you on call . 50 p for carry bag when there was no carry bag. Last time I ordered for 60 pounds and they charged 8 pounds extra for sauce only . And when I asked the delivery boy he said I don't know they gave me bill like that . When you call back to ask for overcharge they will tell you it sorry can't do anything about it , won't happen again . Very bad customer service , seems like they just wanna rip you off all at once and run away. I know 50 p 1 pound doesn't matter to each individual, but if they doing same to all customers, it's rip off
Great local takeaway serving a variety of fast food. I completely recommend the parmesan burger! The food here is delicious and the prices are reasonable. Excellent value for money. Set in a good location. Try these next time you want a takeaway you will not be dissapointed. Would definitely recommend 10/10
Order was almost an hour late and when it did finally arrive 1 pizza was missing a key ingredient. Order a seafood pizza which should have included prawns and tuna. Pizza received was almost a Margarita. Very little tuna and no prawns. Manager and staff apologetic but reticent to provide a solution. Food has been spot on in the past but quality and service severely lacking today
The cheesy garlic bread tasted like curry. Not your standard white cheesy garlic bread with garlic butter. This was yellow curry cheesy garlic bread. The base was so thick it was practically raw on the crust. The chips were so oily. Never again.
Pizzas arrived cold. Quality was poor, very doughy, tasted more like bread with toppings rather than pizzas. The tomato sauce is not tasty, definitely not a good pizza.
Visiting from cumbria lovely food fast delivery even though I didn't know exact address where I'm staying delivery driver was very polite
Had an awful experience today with failure to deliver a simple order for pizza. Was blamed by their customer services for ordering in store rather than over the phone for delivery. Lied to multiple times about how long it would take for delivery. Expected delivery was approximately 40 mins but ended up receiving cold pizza after one and a half hours. Kids were upset so I am not happy at all. No offer of concession or refund which shown they dont really give a toss about their customers. Will never order from these jokers again.
Me my wife and son was so hungry that we chose padrino,s as my other mates had recommended it so I called it at 19.26 with the order and was told that it would be a 45 min wait which is normal for a takeaway which would of taken it to 20.11 for me to get the order I called back at 20.30 as it not arrived at the time given after several phone calls it finally came at 21.30 was not at all happy....the food was great can't fault it but the let down was the delivery time of having to wait 2hrs from when I ordered it this needs looking at maybe get 2 delivery driver,s on if they are that busy.
