Average haircut & terrible service Hairdresser didn’t take the time to listen to the fact that I wanted all my split ends taken care of, so at the end I saw a few and she replied with ‘what do you expect?’ After settling in a seat, she asked me to move to another, with no explanation and no help to move my bag, tea & magazine. Incredibly heavy handed, kept banging me on the head with the hairbrush and when asking a few questions, grabbed me by the shoulders & said ‘listen, I’ve been a hairdresser for 10 years, I know what I’m doing!’ (If that had been the case, I would have walked out happier than I did). Walked out in near tears. NEVER going back.

Had my first wax there and Emma is fantastic, great at what she does, and makes you feel so chilled out and completely at ease. Best wax service I've had, definitely my go to & will be back soon. Thank you guys!

First time at this Salon. Sharon did my colour and treatment. Delighted with the result and such a professional service. She was very honest and personable. Looking forward to going back.

Daniel coloured my hair, cut & blow-dried it. I think he has done a great job. I have been having my hair coloured for 16years or so in London with a great hairdresser who retired. Daniel's colour is waaaaay better than my previous colours. He is a real sweetie. I read reviews of people who found him to be sarcastic. I can only imagine that he didn't understand what was said and thought he was responding appropriately. We had a misunderstanding in our conversation, but I never felt at any point that he was anything other than genuine and kind.

Had a first hair cut appointment on Friday. What an awful experience!!! I was trying to explain the issues with my hair and asking how it can be solved or hidden. Daniel thought my issues was so funny and has started to laugh and joke about it with his colloquies - how inconsiderate and insulting.He didn't even try to listen what i was trying to say as he was very busy with his nasty jokes with the picture i brought to explain. When I asked what the problem was, he did not even apologised instead he responded as 'you are very kind!' in a very sarcastic way. What an attitude ! Is this how you get new customers? As I was leaving, they tried to sell me %50 off colouring appointment for the next visit - what type of colouring? what is the suggestion? full highlights or half , full colour, root ?? no consultation or advice. Only receptionist was asking you to book without even providing a price list - just book anything. When I asked to see the price list, she said 'cheapest appointment will be hair colour' - who said I wanted to have hair colour in the first place? What is the advice on this? After how I have been treated I wouldn't even go back there even everything is 100% free. Well all I can say is that, if you are nice to customers, if you treat them well they will come back. You don't need to try cheap, hard-core selling tactics to sell 'anything' by reducing 50% when they try to get out of the door as quickly as possible.
