second time I went to Phoenix lounge to get my eyebrows waxed. Told the lady I just want a tidy up.. seemed straightforward....

she was done in 2 seconds! 
i looked at my eyebrows and they didn't look neat at all! I asked her to tidy up a bit more - then she waxed the same area again!!

previously I heard youre never meant to wax the same area twice as you can pull off the skin.. so I mentioned this to her before she waxed again, and she assured me that it would be fine.

so once every thing was done, my eyebrows still looked rubbish! I have also developed a rash around my eyebrows which has been very itchy. (just a few hours later). I normally don't have sensitive skin or anything. 

i won't go back or recommend!!

Best place in St Albans. I totally trust them with my hair & beauty. 
Staff are incredibly friendly, non-judgmental, very complimentary and happy to give advice, even if it means you spend less with them.
Hair cuts are always great. 
Best eyebrow wax & Tints I've ever come across. 
Tanning is ok & very cheap & cheerful! 50p p/m I think. 

Pricing is great; yesterday I got a full wash/cut/blowdry + 12 mins tanning + eyebrow wax & tint all for under £70.

Excellent service, 😊whatever beauty treatment you want, you will find it here, they really look after you, staff are all really friendly, personally, I love going to this Salon 😍😊
