Really good company. Managed to book us in pretty quickly after our Saniflow stopped working. Arrived promptly at the specified day and time and did a really clean job repairing it, cleaning it out, and cleaning the surrounding area in the bathroom. Highly recommended.
Our Sani toilet broke the day before I was due to have my baby. I contacted the company on Saturday in a panic and received communication from them incredibly quickly by Jo. Jo got a booking made for us for today Tuesday and promised me that it would get sorted on the day. She also wished me luck for our new arrival which was really thoughtful! Jon the engineer arrived and did indeed fix our toilet. He took the time to explain what he was doing/why and gave us tips on how to not break the next one. He also left everything clean and tidy afterwards. From a panicked google search to having a new working toilet in a few days is really appreciated. Would recommend this company highly and use them again!
I had an issue with my Saniflow after 2 years of install date. Saniflow team found the installation records and fixed the issue promptly and with no hassle. The engineer also found a tenant created fault which thanks to his clear job sheet I was able to receive payment from the tenant. A fantastic customer service experience at every touch point within their business. Well done Saniflow
Jon from Saniflo arrived to repair my Saniflo unit. Working in a confined space, he was able to remove/replace the required parts with some difficulty. Not only did he use his ingenuity to complete the job, he was chatty & friendly throughout, & cleaned up when the job was complete. A good ambassador for his company.
