Harker & Bullman Lettings were recommended to us by a friend who is in fact a local Estate Agent and we were not disappointed. We had our house rented out with H&B for some 7 years and they were always extremely efficient, polite and helpful. The office always followed up on issues and rang back when they said they would-unlike so many establishments nowadays. If we were in the position to rent out another property, I would not hesitate in using H&B and would thoroughly recommend them.

I have been a landlord with Harker and Bullman for many years now - the professional service delivered by Sue Pritchett, Senior Property Manager, is second to none. Sue is very responsive when actions are required, extremely knowledgeable plus fosters excellent relationships between landlord and tenant. Sue's areas of expertise as a Property Manager are reflected in her senior role within the company as she demonstrates the depth and breadth of her knowledge within every interaction and intervention. I cannot recommend Sue Harker and Bullman highly enough!
