The video online said the car was 'immaculate'. Turned up to find that the car was anything but that with scratches all over it and a hole inside cut out of the arm rest that the dealer said 'he hadn't seen before'. Dealer was rubbish too, he treated me like I was stupid when I was looking at paintwork issues, and wouldn't even try to compromise with a price saying 'I know the reason you've come here is cos it's cheap'. Anyway found a better version of the car for the same price elsewhere and am laughing. Probably just the salesman I had. Don't deal with the old grey haired man, he's not very good at his job

Browsing the internet found a car - Honda CRV SE. Location - Sandicliffe Ford, Hucknall. Some 65 miles away. Gave them a call, most helpful. Arranged to visit the same day. Phillip greeted us, that's me, my wife and our two dogs. After a test drive of the Honda and a no pressure part-exchange deal, Phillip progressed the necessary documents and we were able to drive away in our newly purchased Honda. Thanks to Phillip and the friendly staff at Sandicliffe, the whole deal was hassle free and a pleasure.

To make this clear I didn't buy my car from this garage however i called for some advice and potentially book in to get my car looked at as it is now my local Ford dealer. A month later I still haven't received a phone call back. Poor service I'll find another's garage to service and MOT my car seems as there is no communication. Great way to lose a potential customer!

Had a great experience with the guys at sandicliffe Hucknall. Visited on the 30/01/18 thinking I would need a new wheel valve as it was leaking. These guys could of fitted and charged me for a new one but instead reseated it and fixed the leak. They could of charged me and I would of been none the wiser. Thanks for the great service as always.
