This used to be a brilliant place to order from. Great customer service and equally great food BUT NOT ANYMORE. Seems to have gone downhill tragically. Missing good on orders then they say they will sort it out next time and they give you half portions. Then when you ring up they give you abuse and are utterly disgusting. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM SANDHU. Wish the old owner would come back.

I've used this outlet for many years now and previously the food has been outstanding and they offered some lovely special deals. The last few occasions the food has been acceptable but nothing like as good as previously, also the splendid deals no longer seem to be available. Tonight I endeavoured to place a telephone order for delivery as I am severely disabled. The website suggested my order would be in the region of £14 and confirmed that delivery would be free to my area. On speaking to the staff by telephone my order became £20 and they insisted upon a further £1 for delivery! I called back and asked to speak with a manager and was given short shrift by an "assistant" whose first language did not appear to be English. The result has been a lost order and a lost customer of many years standing. I would strongly recommend placing your business with any other outlet than this one after the experience that I've had tonight! Unhappily, Steve, Chatham.

Totally amazing food and service. We have been using this Take away for years and recommend it to everyone! Can't wait for them to do curry also!

arrived late, over charged us, missing parts of our meal, not the first times its happened either! complained a few weeks ago and this week was just as bad.
