Got told an hour for our food and it took nearly 2 , when we phoned up to complain said to the guy that the driver was taking the piss and was TOLD not to swear like I was a child, really rude and not very helpful. When the driver finally turned up with our food he said it wasn't his problem, not once did we get a " I am very sorry for the inconvenience " or anything of the sort, our food was cold and the wrap was like eating paper and wouldn't break down when you chewed it and the chicken inside was hard so wasn't able to eat it. We will never be ordering from here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Horrendous customer service. Unprofessional and rude. Ordered my meal at 12am which arrived wrong, the incompetent staff kept making excuses and said 'will try our best' to send out the correct order. After much negotiating they agreed to send it out and now it's 2.48am and I'm still waiting. Called the complaints number of the leaflet who didn't answer but managed to text back saying he's on holiday. I'm sorry but if you take the responsibility of placing your number on the leaflet then be ready for calls at anytime. Almost 3 hours into ordering I'm still waiting to complete my meal. Fell asleep on the sofa few times also. BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!! There should be a zero star rating.. One star is a compliment to them.

I didnt even want to give it 1 star but i had to to review it . After 30 mins late i called asked where the food was and it was going to be 5 mins . No real apology. So after 45 mins food is delived .. no apology from delivery boy .. i stated it was disgusting being 45 mins late he said yeah sorry some peoples were 2 hours late ! I told him to tell his manager that it may be worth an idea to let people know if food going to be extremly late so can order else where. I shall not be a returning customer. I wish i had read reviews prior to wasting my money on that " food" !

One of the worst restaurant I ever seen. Very bad service and quality as well. Not recommended at all
