Ordered a kids sausage and chips meal, small meat and chips and a mixed kebab. The lamb meat was not nice, very dry. The chip shop chips were over cooked and soggy. The mixed meat portion was small, considering it was £8 My child refused to eat his dinner and normally he loves sausage and chips. Very disappointed
Well how sad - have used for many years but sadly I just had last delivery as it has gone so far down hill. Ordered medium chips and large cod Arrived cold and chips were dry rang up and fair enough sent more chips and they were hot but that’s as far as it goes they were awful and cod so flat and small. I appreciate price of fish but your standards have slipped and we will take our custom elsewhere where we get value for money!
I used this place as a child often just for chips etc when I was out. I have moved out of town now and thought I went of kebab and chips, but whilst visiting family in Gillingham I decided to get a kebab and LOVED it. I have wanted one everyday since coming home. The staff have respect for customers and have a good joking relationship with each other which is nice to see.
Ordered at 5:50pm and still waiting now gone 8:25pm still not arrived. They have lost a valued customer Never coming here again. Also very slow waiting times when you go in shop to order.
The food was incredibly delicious, reasonably priced and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The meal was amazing and definitely what we needed. Me and my partner will definitely order from here in the future.
Ordered online with delivery time 30mins after 1 HR waiting I decided to phone was told it's really busy and will be with me in a bit? 1hr and 30 minutes later it turns up. Chips was dry and cold more crispy hence waiting time over cooked Maybe ?? The fish was cold and very greasy £17.50 over priced and not great food. If it was more fresh and less greasy this would be great. But unfortunately I won't be going back . Young kid delivered to our door?? Also was meant to get 10% discount? Didn't get that either?
Brought a chicken donner kebab, as recommended by a friend. It was by far the best tasting kebab I have ever eaten. Very nice family run take away. All staff was very polite, will eat from here again.
DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! If you value your money do not buy anything from this shop, £17.50 is what I paid for two combination kebabs seen below and compared to other shops the quantity is completely unacceptable especially for the price, I phone the shop to be greeted by a rude woman who transferred me to the manager and he was no help what so ever! He told me “just go through just eat then” Rude, expensive, unhelpful and the worst experience I have ever had from a fast food delivery.
Portion sizes were amazing, shame the food did not live up to my experience this time. Has been ok in the pastFood: 1/5
Fish was good but the chips average tasted a bit under cooked which is unusual for them. Nice staff though
