Our stone layer recommended Sanderson Stone. Ben and Tom were helpful right from the first phone call, letting me take a few small colour samples to make a decision on which product to choose. Ordering the stone and being kept up to date on expected delivery dates was all done really well. Ben delivered the stone exactly when promised, and also accommodated our request for where it could be dropped. The stone has all been well calibrated and looks amazing now it's starting to be laid. The price was the best I could find after months of research. I've already recommended you to friends looking to do similar projects. Thanks guys!
I love my dark slate hearth,perfectly cut to size, ben even rang before he cut it to check my measurements, it's a good job he did as I have an old wonky house. It was covered in grey dust but i coated it in wd40. It's now black.Delivered with care too. Thank you Ben I love it
I contacted Ben at Sanderson Stone Ltd regarding a hearth I needed at short notice for a log burner being installed. Ben was so helpful in supplying exactly what I needed and true to his word the hearth arrived exactly at the day and time he gave me. Highly recommend Sanderson Stone for amazing customer service, great product and delivery.
Great service and very good quality products. They sourced and machined a huge slab of reclaimed Yorkstone to my exact dimensions to a tricky design to be used as a hearth. Only one of few companies who could source such a big stone. It was spot on and fitted like a glove. Highly recommended. The stone was personally hand delivered by the owner. Can't beat this level of service.
Purchased a cut to size slate hearth, Good product, good price. Prompt service. Some issues with delivery by couriers, which Ben rectified immediately.
Ben was very helpful, and delivery went without a hitch. Stone is split so don’t expect smooth finish, it’s full of characters and the autumn brown looks great.
