Sanders and Witherspoon were like a breath of fresh air! Having become a landlord for the first time I found myself a little out of my depth with a tenancy agreement and the procedures that needed to be followed to protect myself and my business. I was recommended a solicitor from a friend not Sanders and Witherspoon, and unfortunately the recommendation failed to take on board my limited understanding and was very slow to respond to my questions. therefore I searched for a replacement solicitor. I found Sanders Witherspoon via an online search and read the outstanding reviews. After a brief conversation with Kerry and Liz I could tell that they would be much better suited to my limited experience and the communication would be better. Throughout the landlord and tenancy agreement Kerry and Liz kept me updated, responded to my needs, questions and emails quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Kerry, Liz and Sanders Witherspoon and hope that this review helps you, like it did me!
We have used Sanders Witherspoon for a number of property purchases and sales and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. Most recently Jaswinder Veratch and Lisa Bailey have been absolutely brilliant sorting out a difficult sale and deed of variation. They have a professional yet friendly approach to everything and we would recommend them unreservedly if you are looking for a good conveyancing team.
Friendly, efficient, and most of all hassle free. Never once did I have to chase a single thing. Would recommend to family and friends. A1 service. Tim Hardwicke was extremely efficient and patient with me during the whole process. Brilliant service and I cannot thank him enough.
Sanders Witherspoon is a highly professional company. They helped me with my business in a very friendly and positive manner. I would highly recommend them and would gladly use them again if needed.
My experience with this company has been nothing but a roll a coaster, they refuse to give Me any information, refuse to take my call , Mr Jeremy Davis even let the receptionist know he is not taking any call. I am so frustrated and begin to wonder if it's because I am not physically in England or because I am a Jamaican , why I am treated in such matter. They keep making promises to return call , which I have not received, also Mr Davis or Ms. Fiona Mccarthy doesn't answer my emails. They are very inconsiderate and rude . Aldo it's very expensive to call from another country. Worst service in all my years and lack competence and proper customer service. I am grieved.
A solicitors that go ABOVE and BEYOND …Liz and her assistant Kerry are the DYNAMIC DUO. they were efficient, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, thorough while suggesting and explaining everything, especially with the legal jargon which can sometimes be overwhelming, and unlike a lots of other solicitors they worked to a tight schedule without me having to chase them up and most importantly they always retuned a call. All in all they were exceptional and did a Fantastic job HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Liz and Kerry were excellent in keeping me up to date with every step of the process in signing a commercial lease, and provided detailed explanations of everything as it was happening. Thanks for your support!
