As a somewhat cynical consumer, I was initially cautious about Insco. I had very little experience of dealing with insurance companies and somewhat naively assumed my claim would be straightforward. The consultant from Insco has proved to be absolutely invaluable in not only dealing with the complex and detailed communications required, but also representing our position fairly and with professional rigour. The role of my Insco consultant has been pivotal in overturning a scurrilous attempt by Insurance Company contractors to misrepresent and minimise the actual damage suffered, Not only saving me thousands of pounds, but more importantly ensuring that the work was both comprehensive and appropriate and thus protecting my property and my family. I can recommend the professional services they provide, and will never enter into an insurance claim without them in the future. Someone needs to hold insurance companies accountable, Insco fulfills that role on the ground and at an individual level.
