DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY - We thought it was good when we moved our van there last year and the men on the gate really helpful. That was until we started receiving threatening phone calls from the owner demanding we take our wheel lock off or get our van off the site. We tried to explain it had to be on for insurance purposes but he wasn't interested and just kept ringing up demanding we remove our van. When we asked for our money back for the months we hadn't used he refused to give us anything. When we asked for a copy of our contract he hasn't sent it to us despite a written request and enclosing a self addressed stamped envelope - is this theft of the stamp. On attending to remove our van due to the threats we found out that he has put a large number of storage containers on the site, is this why he is wanting caravans off?? As he will get more money with the containers. He is also moving peoples caravans around (does he have permission) and takes no care when doing so. We have found a wonderful facility not that far away who welcome wheel locks.

Stolen caravan! Our caravan has been stolen from this site, July '17. Still trying to get to the bottom of what's happened. Beware, your caravans are not safe here!

Wouldn't leave your caravan here, will get damaged as owners do not care, very poor
