My galaxy s7 edge developed a pink line down the right hand of the screen, so I took it in for repair under warranty. The whole process was seamless and took less than 2 hours, now my phone is like new again. I would definitely recommend this Samsung Repair Centre.

My son dropped his S6 and we had quotes of over £180. A quick call to the in house Samsung centre and a cheaper quote with genuine parts and a dame day repair. Unfortunately the phone needed an extra part which should have taken 3 days to arrive no problem. 3-4 hours after dropping it off and they had found a part in stock phone fixed garenteed and cheaper than quoted. Big thanks to all staff involved including really helpful lady on the front desk.

Tried to say I have done things to my phone and trying to rip me off with prices wouldn't listen and wouldn't honour warranty on the phone.

Called in this morning with tab 3 a young lady called Angela dealt with me and she couldn't have been more helpful it's the best service I have ever experienced in my life and I mean that , thank you very much will always go there for Samsung products.😊
