Posted my orders without the correct postage so I had to pay more, they eventually got in touch and offered a partial refund so its fine in the end. The eliquid is great...

The telephone number on their product didnt sound like customers service, a lady picked up the phone and said helloooo, as if she had just involved in a fight with her kids, as soon as she heard the word " e liquid & question" sheput the phone down on me, I cheched the number on the battle and called twice never picked up the phone again, then got the number from google to call the shop nobody answers Now I doubt their products and they failed to answer my questions about "creamy flavourings" in addition to VG and PG.

Shocking experience, the rude tall guy needs to go on a course for customer service skills, do not buy from this stall, if there is a problem they don't want to know they already have your money that's it!! You have been warned do not waste your money shop some where else, customer service skills are the worst I have ever come across, the product e cig I purchased had nothing but problems with it. Battery never worked, then it was leaking, they didn't care they had my money!!
