Horrible experience, I have been told my phone was activated before my purchase date and it's classed as a second hand device. In spite of being in warranty they refused to fix the software. I bought the device as new but they were just messing around to just waste the 30 min appointment time to just say we are running out of time and need to see next customer. Total waste of time. Apple always were more helpful, they didn't even ask me for proof of purchase. And they'd even give me another device. I am so sad I switched from Apple to Samsung. Worst decision ever
To be honest . I don’t know how the management recruiting the staffs there. I cancelled my decision of buying Samsung S22 ultra today at the last point of billing. This is only because the staff’s attitude towards me. The staffs are not helpful at all. Only one guy I met there feels comfortable for me so I decided to buy one from his guidance and finally at the billing time his shift got over and he handed over another staff , there the trouble started, so I left the store without buying.check the CCTV If you want…Hope your services will get better soon.
I attended this store a few weeks ago to purchase the new Z Fold 4 and I honestly cannot fault the service I received. I was served primarily by Gabe who showed an extremely high level of patience as he diligently took me through the process of switching over my old phone to the new one and the completion of the paperwork. The only negative I had was that the technology the company uses to process the ID checks is an absolute faff and it took about 20 attempts before it would accept my Driving License. However this was through no fault of the staff at Samsung. I was that impressed with the service that my friend who wanted the Z Flip 4 came in with me a week or so later and purchased it out right, but due to her old phone not being compatible with Smart Switch, it took way longer than expected to complete the back up. So instead of kicking us out at closing on a Friday night, they allowed us to remain in store until we had finished, which went well beyond the levels of customer service one could expect, so we were extremely grateful. So thank you to Sean, Roger, Andy, Pedro and Gabe. There was also a blonde lass who I am sorry I cannot remember the name of, that served my friend; your assistance was greatly appreciated. Thank you also for all the BTS merchandise!
When I want to buy mobile phone a guy served me perfectly. And he said we have 2 items as free when you buy mobile phone smart watch and buds, so I bought all ofthem. And he said maximum 40 days spend time. Now after 5 months I'm still waiting and nobody answering
I have a very bad experience from this store.this store have very rude managers and don't know how to treat customer but Samsung doesn't care about the complaints that customers make.i have bought galaxy S22 ultra two weeks ago the phone was keep restarting randomly when I took it back back to the store the engineer said there is no problem with the phone I said If there is no problem with phone so why the phone restarting randomly.then he said if there is same issue again with the phone bring it back.while I came back home and used it the phone had the same problem and I had to take it back to the store then I went to this store one of the assistance asked me can I help you? I explained everything then he called the manager which was a girl with no sense of humour. I explained to the manager as well but she didn't care and said I have to wait. then she made me to wait for 1 hour after 1 hour one of the engineer took my phone for troubleshooting and he has back after 30 minutes and said there is no issue and only there is a memory leak which it mean s there is a problem with the phone.i said that's the issue with the phone can you swap the phone please but nobody listened to me and he was keep saying there is no issue that's just a memory leak I said this the issue that's why keep restarting randomly. then I talked to the manager a young fat guy I told him I paid 1325 pounds for this phone and now the phone has a problem should I bin it or what.the manager said as you wish. so every one in this store is rude with no customer service experience.never buy any phone from this store.
I'm not impressed to be honest. They did eventually replace my ZFold 3 5G main screen cover after my 5th visit.. At every visit they said sth different and it feels like they just say anything to get rid of you. Persistence is key with them. Don't be fooled by seemingly friendly service, there are only a few staff who actually knows their stuff and really care, and you got to be very lucky to meet them at first visit.. They send people away and ask them to book a service online and get an appointment, while they can easily set it up themselves in store. Always ask for a receipt or a paper for any work done, or for any promise made. Bring your ID with you just in case they have to take your phone to the back area.. I'm seriously considering moving away from Samsung now, after nearly a decade of being a loyal customer.
Absolutely no customer experience training, or just one bad egg maybe? I walked through the shop on Wednesday evening to the repair bit. One of the assistants was with a couple, he then finished with them and as I was staring at him he put his back to me and stared looking frontwards which would be normal if a customer wasn't waiting for him with no assistance. I've worked in retail before and basic customer service training is to approach a customer on their own and see if they need any help! Instead, I saw another Samsung worker go and chat to him so then I approached him and asked if he was busy or available to help me. I explained I had the screen of death and he asked if I had booked a repair, I then explained I tried online but it wouldn't let me select Trafford centre. He then said yes this is a call only store so you should have called in a telling off manner - weird?.. I then said I have the screen of death so no way of calling???? He then said well we're booked up till 12th October anyway this was 21st Sept. I said well what can I do then? Normally an assistant should be providing solutions He then said go to EE and get them to book you in then - sorry can you not book me in? Most unhelpful excuse for a Samsung customer service employee ever and a poor reflection on the company. Luckily I've had AMAZING customer service in the past so I wasn't going to judge the business on one awful employee. However, wouldn't recommend this store anymore as I've heard things from multiple people with similar scenarios so would recommend going with the phone provider if you want anything in future. *Also editing to add* I was quite happy to actually just buy a new phone, so I upgraded early with EE and paid a fee instead of giving the money to Samsung - so you lost a lot of money based on your poor service!
Very bad customer service and bad attitude I'm going to buying the new phone Worth £1600?not they give me free, and Have some kind of respect No wonder nobody buying inside the shop I'm going to recommend buy online not in a shop
Most staff friendly n helpful, odd one or two noticed avoid meeting customers gaze so they dont have to deal with them. They are always really booked up if u need repair, but thats not the stores fault samsung need to increase capacity. Did manage to get booked in, and the technician couldn't have been better - very knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and friendly. Repaired it quickly and to new like new standard. There is no booking in advance, ive tried mutiple different times weeks apart and every slot was taken as far ahead as it would go.
Went in with a 3 month old phone which had the sim slot jammed. Was told its probably damaged the motherboard, its not under warranty as its accidental damage and it would be paid for and have to go away. How they could tell this without looking is quite remarkable. So called in the little phone repair shop around the corner from me, he had it out in a few mins no problem at all. Obviously couldn't be bothered to even look. Lesson is don't bother with samsung after sales.
