Got my order completely wrong so I called and they said its not their fault and blame the delivery driver. The wrong order which was delivered was completely cold. Wouldn't give me the food I ordered and was completely rude about it! Awful service.Food: 1/5

I regularly order from them. They didn’t send the correct items on the order, I called him, the guy on the phone didn’t apologise instead tried to argue with me and hang up. He didn’t offer compensation or didn’t return my money back for the missing items. Super rude and poor customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star, but there is no option.

Overpriced fastfood chicken and beef burger joint. Horrendous customer service. Hygiene is poor as I witness one of their kitchen staff who handles food, brushing his hair with his bare hands. Like who does that. Wish I could get a picture of him doing that.  Definitely not visiting them again&lt;

What a disappointing visit. Late in the evening this places uses all it’s left over boneless chicken as the “fillet burger” you pay extra for. Telling other customers “it will take 15 minutes for fresh wings can we give you regular chicken been sat there all day pushing the customer to take it instead as not to waste their cooked food.  All they care about is profit, argumentative staff who think what they’re doing is fine.  If I ordered the cheaper burger I wouldn’t care, but being made to pay the difference and then being made a fool of is shocking.  You’ll never have my business again.  Go to frankster’s across the road.

You guys are making same delivery mistake over and over again, I have been to your restaurant to complain yet no improvement or changes. Why on earth would somebody make an order online for chicken and chips and u won’t put any ketchup or mayo in the order. This has happened many times and it’s getting annoying.

Not very good service some of my food was missing tried calling but the call would no go through , food didn’t taste fresh it wasn’t even hot which you expect specially if you are collecting plus it wasn’t even busy at all so no reason why the food shouldn’t be fresh

They never get you're order correct.... 6 out of 6 times mine has been wrong...  they are polite...but you are the problem if you return you're food... I asked for 2 piece chicken chips...  4 wings.. and bottle coke... they charged me over 15 pound .. I complained and they realised they misinterpreted me... I accepted... I got home with my order it had no chips and was cold.....I've never in 4 years had an order that met expectations or satisfied what I asked for... its to complicated for them and the menus to complicated

Ordered food online, with the promise of 25-40minutes delivery time. 2 hours later the order was still nowhere in sight. When trying to cancel the order to get a refund the request was denied. Got my order 2 and half hours later. I only wanted a few pieces of chicken. And to top it all off, everything was cold. Threw away most of it. Never ordering from here again.

Always buy their spicy wings and spicy chips. The spicy chips are best in town also in reasonable price. Highly recommended
