It is expensive realy bad fast food. Mc Donald compare with this is a 5 star reataurant. Disgusting cheeseburger with something like cheese. I was hungry and I paid 13 pounds, this is only reasen why I eat this food.
Yes, it's the best burger in Luton but, it's too expensive for UK tastes or perhaps I should say 'UK pockets'! One wonders what's Five Guys business model setting up in Luton? Time will tell...
Expensive, but the food is delicious, burgers are large, refillable drinks and huge portion of chips. You definitely won't be hungry after this!
One of the best burgers in Luton. If You look for a tasty fresh gourmet burger a la Big Mac this is a place for You. Great choice of drinks from the machine 60+ options. Cajun or salty fries and great milkshakes. Good rock music and most of all fantastic and energetic staff. 4+/5 in general. Fantastic chain.
Always friendly staff. Food is great, extra toppings help make the vegetarian option more interesting. Great drink options with free refills. Huge amount of fries, the spicy ones are awesome. Clean seating area and toilets.
Clean, tidy and simple great to hang with your friends. You choose your burger or dog, load em up with whatever you like. The fries taste amazing cooked in peanut oil. The milkshakes come in various flavours and combinations for you to make You can also get an unlimited amount of soft drink from the machine when you buy 1 soft drink there are also a large array of flavours to choose, mix and match. My only criticism is it can be pricey but worth it, especially if you treating your kids, everything is priced individually so they don't do any meal deals on average for a 2 pattie burger equivalent of a big mac fries and soft drink is around £15.
Cheap and tasty burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. Toppings are free. But the cost of unlimited drinks doesn't justify it. Clean toilets and usually very quiet a place. Wait time is about 5 mins after placing the order, as they make it to your order.
Been here a few times, always clean and staff are always friendly. Food is good quality and always tastes good. The environment is always welcoming and has a nice vibe / feel insode. Prices are a bit steep though, we normally pay around £30+ depending on how many people you have and how hungry you are. Food options don't vary alot, the drinks section has more to offer. Food is prepared pretty quickly so it serves as a "fast food" restaurant but the prices kind of push it past the general "grab a quick bite" threshold. All in all good quality fast food at high quality gourmet prices.
The thing about Five Guys that sets them apart, other than the excellwnt food - is customer service. Baring in mind restaurants are in places like Luton and Milton Keynes, other food establishments offering foods of the same name have staff which have been hired mostly on the basis of how little they can be paid. Both the Five Guys locations stated have offered excellent customer service to my family. Saying that, the burgers are amazing and the 'lettuce bun' actually works be ause of the foil wrap you open enough to eat from. Starts getting a bit too 'deconstructed' in the bowl available I think, but still.nice to have the option. All in all - definitely worth the money - which can seem a little highly priced when you first look. Amazing shakes too. The bottomless refill on the drinks machine with flavours not easily attainable on the supermarket shelf is also a boon. The free nuts are a welcome addition too. Oops, almost forgot - fries cooked with skin on and in peanut oil - amazing!!!
Very quick service and decent food. No trays for eating in unfortunately, so you'll have to make due with eating out of the bag. It isn't terribly pricey, as the food is far better than most other places, other than the refillable drinks, which are very watered down.
