Wanted to see some water features, not much choice. The store however was as well stocked as usual. The plant section was a little underwhelming, we were looking to fill some space after our recent garden makeover, perhaps too late in the year? Store has a great variety of stock and we rarely leave without buying something.
Pricey but some nice plants/garden accessories. Had a small b'fast which was nice. Shame that the cafe staff didn't look very happy although polite I didn't see anyone smile during my service.
Be wary when buying the fire logs currently sold in green bags - damp and not fit for purpose. When issue was raised with management, response was dismissive in that since no one else complained it must therefore be the writers fault. I shall henceforth be taking my business elsewhere.
Very quiet. No chips or Sunday lunch machine/oven breakdown but had a good lunch so they managed to win the day.well done
Lovely little cafe. However, my food was a little cold, but they were busy, and it didn't warrant a complaint, friendly service.
Superb family run garden centre with a massive shop and many outside facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful and all varieties of goods and plants and accessories are very reasonably priced. Plenty of free on site car parking. My first visit but will definitely not be the last. Really good all round experience and highly recommended.
Visited for breakfast which was hit and miss. If you like your bacon and sausages crispy and a bit overcooked it's great sadly wasn't for me. The rest of my party seemed to enjoy their breakfast though so maybe it was just a one off
Bought four bags of Westland multi purpose compost from here, and the only things that's gown well in it is the toadstools. Would not recommend. Nothing wrong with Sam turner's its a good garden centre.
Plenty of choice from gardening equipment, plants to clothing and has a really good cafe
Always good service and we often use cafe. Excellent food
