I have very bad experiences with that surgery but it is not about doctors. It is about the ladies from the reception who are nasty and have a problem to do anything what you ask them. I am going to write a complaint form to the office manager of that surgery because their behaviour is ridiculous. Especially the behaviour of Lora and Ann- Marie. This is not how patients should be treated and it needs to be solved.
