Useless place, unless you want methadone, have abso no idea how to truly help people and get them clean, would rather put you on methadone which is harder to get off than any street drug or other opiate at all and the needle exchange woman jean is one of the. Pay unprofessional people I have ever met! She makes a point of taking about you behind you r back to other people when the needle exchange and everything that's said there is meant to be confidential. She promises you the world, that she will help you detox and then delivers nothing and if you do not go along with exactly her way of doing this she will go out of her way to make life difficult for you. I know more than one person that she's called the social work on to say that they're kids at at risk even though they were not and in my case actually called social work and lied to them, saying I had not completely my detox and that my son was at risk because I was using, which was abso not the case! I landed in hospital very ill and was was unable to go for my last two doses because of this. But instead of finding out the reality of the situation she made up herself own version of events and had social work in my back within a week! I had to ask her for a copy of my files after I had told her I no longer wanted to be a patient and asked her to take me off her books, she did not take me off her books and refused to talk to me, saying that she was unwilling to discuss anything she had said about me to the social work and acted completely unprofessional and refused to give me my records as they would have proven that sh had lied.

I do not know how they do, what they do, and still remain patient, caring and so truly understanding, and Outstanding !!!!!!
