What a total and utter joke. Item ordered went wrong. No replacement offered. Eventually after three months sent a cheque to cover cost of item but not the return postage. Sent cheque back after trying to get postage for six months and hearing nothing. Eventually received a PayPal refund for the item. However still no return postage covered. Phoned again to be told their terms didn't cover it. I checked the distant selling regulations and under these as the seller has no policy for return of faulty items he should refund the postage. Phoned again for the seller to get abusive and eventually hanging up on me. Avoid them like the plague. Not worth the hassle.
