DO NOT COME HERE MY MONEY WAS STOLEN.

I paid upfront for several sessions to get full body laser hair removal. I had my first session but realised that I will had to delay my treatment because summer was coming up and you can't really be out in the sun during laser treatments. I was told that this was no problem at all and to come back when I'm ready to make my next appointment. 

A few months later I came back to obviously arrange my first appointment after summer and I was told that they were too busy and that they'd message me when they have an appointment available. I waited a few more weeks and messaged to ask for an appointment and was then told that the laser machine was broken and that they would message once it's fixed. 

Several more weeks went by and I got no message so I once again messaged asking if it had been fixed and yet again was told excuses about the machine not being fixed still. So long had passed since I initially asked to re-start my treatment again that I thought I'd ask for a refund as I was constantly being given excuses and unable to make an appointment to carry on with the laser - this was only fair. 

Long story short I have not been given a refund despite not receiving any treatment and having paid for it all upfront and constantly been given excuses when I tried to make appointment to get it done. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
