Dont bother! Sent me a text to confirm my appointment a couple of days before, & also on day of appointment & when i turned up, 15 minutes early, they had shut up shop & gone!! Refuse to answer phone, no apology nothing! Totally unprofessional, spend your money elsewhere!! In response to the reply from the owner below, my maiden name is severn, my married name was bright, which i do not use anymore as i am divorced, which is perfectly clear from my facebook profile that she insits on viewing, however, this doesnt excuse the fact that they texted me to confirm my appointment numerous times and then were closed when i arrived early!! I then texted to ask where she was and apparently she was home ill in bed! The owner is a liar, she has not got a leg to stand on she let me down and then is lying to cover her own back against a genuine review from a genuinely let down prospective client, terrible customer service!!!
