We have been using Salcombe Holiday Homes for 18 years and we find them excellent. We have had fridges and kettle brake down in different properties. They are very quickly replaced.

I will NOT be recommending Salcombe Holiday Homes to anyone! And will definitely not try to book a holiday with you again! I think if you are going to run a company you should be able to take complaints and negative comments as well as positive ones! 1. We were refused a holiday home because of our age! I am 23 years old and do not like a company who discriminates against me because I am "too young" at 23! 2. I rang to complain about this and got a very cold unhelpful response and was merely just to email or write in with a very rude tone. They also felt the need to delete the negative comment I made about them on their facebook page in order to give both negative and positives comments to future customers. I think if you decide to run a holiday company you should be able to take both negative and positive reviews! Who knows how many other negative comments they have deleted! I think this is unacceptable for a company to behave like this, and I would STAY AWAY!!!
