Yep, got to say, Steve runs his business how businesses should be run i.e attention to detail, efficient, courteous and above all...100% professional. My wife and I booked Steve on the off chance we could get a lift back to our hotel after a huge coastal walk into Hope Cove. Steve arrived bang on time as promised and was a super chap to talk to during the drive. Immaculate car too, made all the difference! Carry on the good work sir, we hope to meet you again one day!
Wife’s review post surprise visit: Excellent service. Luxury vehicle, on time, absolute gentleman, engaging, knowledgeable about the area and restaurants we are not from the area. The experience was all about us and making our travel to and from the restaurant from the hotel work for us. Door to door literally. The driver knew the restaurant we were going to, and staff and had contacted them to gauge the time we would be ready to leave. The restaurant booking was a surprise for my husband’s birthday. The hotel had communicated this to Riddell Executive Cars when making the booking. He did not let me down! Would highly recommend.
Steve was extremely professional & courteous as well as having a lovely disposition. We could have chatted to him all night ! Immaculate mini bus & very prompt service . He will be the first company we call when in need of a taxi again.
