The wraps and bowls are amazingly fresh, and they pack them completely full. Can't beat this place for a fast, delicious lunch during the week, and the service is always really friendly. Really reasonably priced too! Great local small business, definitely will be a regular. Parking: One hour free in the underground garage
This was our first time giving this place a go. We were looking for something light & quick. I tried the balsamic beet wrap & holy moly!!! It was INCREDIBLE!!!!! We got there pretty close to their closing time on a Sunday & they were out of broccoli so it didn’t come with that & I think I will order it like that every time. It was perfect. I LOVED the combination of the feta, beets & avocado with the balsamic. I would order this every day if we lived in the area!! HIGHLY recommend giving this one a try. The jalapeno soup was also amazing! The flavour was great & definitely recommend this one as well
This is honestly my must stop when I am at Covent Garden Market. The owner is amazing and food is excellent. I love the Green Goddess wrap and Avocado with tofu on Focasia. I also recommend the Ice-cream...all made in house and ALL Delicious

My first time ordering The Salad Bowl today and I love this Dill pickle salad! Healthy, fresh ingredients with a light dressing and a refreshing Dill pickles taste. Highly recommend, can't wait to try more salads from The Salad Bowl.
Great place. Good and fresh food. Plenty of healthy options in fact nothing unhealthy is available and quick service by the friendly staff. Probably the busiest place in the market and the line seems full of repeat and regular customers always a good sign of quality. I'm there at least twice a week.
Soooo good! Their wraps are delicious and the staff are always wonderful. Love the caeser wrap, ranchero, catillac - so many great options. Praying they bring back the Tomato Mozzarella soup best soup I’ve ever had!
Have ordered from The Salad Bowl in person and also many times for group lunch order. Everyone *loves* what they get. Highly recommend Catallac wraps, anything with that cayenne kick is wicked. We are 100% addicted.
I came here for their ice cream. However, the staffs should have seen me while they were serving a few other customers ahead of me earlier. I was the one waiting for an extra couple minutes knowing what flavour I am getting and the price for 1 scoop; which is $4.50 Canadian dollars. The staffs were behind the counter and I have to wait until they see me from a few metres away. I somehow like the ice cream, but it should have been more unique and tasty just like Marbles Slab ice cream that I could have get for a better ice cream, and I am here at Covent Garden in downtown London, Ontario, Canada to support local businesses. The scoop of one ice cream does not look like a single scoop and it was a slope of 45 degree angle. I ended paying close to $7.00 as it should have been below that price range since they may charge me more since I got the waffle cone. It is a bit cheaper than going to Marbles Slab ice cream that is similar pricing. I would prefer going to Marbles Slab ice cream either down the street just 2 kilometres away or the one across from Masonville Mall beside Winners and Farm Boy grocery store there. Marbles Slab ice cream as a lot of cool and tasty flavours. This place is mainly specialize on salad than its ice cream hence you may not get the best of any ice cream here. This is a salad place not like something from Dairy Queen or Marbles Slab. Ice cream is not bad, but I would say it is decent. It is better off going to Marbles Slab or Dairy Queen. If you go to Dairy Queen, go to their Hyde Park location. The Masonville location of Dairy Queen is often melting once it is on in your hands. Marbles Slab at both downtown and Masonville locations are good service. It is good to get ice cream; if you are in the Covent Garden. I may go somewhere else for ice cream likely at Marbles Slab across from Masonville Mall since I am often in that area of the city of London, Ontario. I have not tried their salad, but the Latin American restaurant of Covent Garden that specialize Uruguayan food has good salad there. I usually don’t eat out for salad, but unless it is something I am craving for. Decent business and service.
