Disappointing, the colour wasn't what I asked for. A specially from a senior hairdresser. I was fair haired and ask for an ash brown colour. The hairdresser said it may actually not go that colour straight away but still ended up putting a warm colour and then putting a dark brown which wasn't supposed to be that dark without a skin test. I ended up paying over £100 for a colour I didn't asked for and a mistake the hairdresser made. Now I have to lighten my hair to get my ash brown which I originally wanted . This would not of happened if I went to a different hairdresser. The only thing I liked was the style which was a trim and fringe and the last finish a different hairdresser did.

Best hairdressers ever. Not sure how many years I've been going but it's a lot. I go to Debbie who is brilliant but when she's not available I would have no hesitation in going to any of the others they are all excellent. Always a warm welcome by juniors and seniors alike. All credit to Jane who manages the salon in a professional manner but is also a 'mother hen!'

Saks staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. Debbie does a fantastic job, offers great advice and does an amazing job. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t dream of trusting anyone else but Saks in Yarm with my hair. Hannah Forbes usually does my hair but Jane has done it in the past too. I can’t praise them enough- I always leave the salon feeling happy. From the minute I walk in the door I’m made to feel special and the staff are always courteous and very professional.
